How do I manage my account?
From Homepage click on "My Account" and you can change your e-mail, password and
mailing address.
What kind of search can I conduct?
You can conduct easy, advanced, and visual searches. To do an easy search, go to
top and enter the appropriate information and click Search. To do an advanced
search, click "Advanced Search" link on top of each page, and enter as many
attributes as you can such as price, category, etc.
How do I create a Wish list?
You have to register with smavtronics.com in order to create a Wish List. If you
are Logged In, you can click on any product image and go to its details page. In
the details page you can click on the "Wish List" button to add the product to
your Wish List. On your subsequent visits, click on the "Wish List" button and
enter your user name and password in order to access your Wish List.
How do I know your prices are fair?
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our
website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested
by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard
industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may
not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.
With respect to items sold by smavtronics.com, we cannot confirm the price of an
item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after
your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small
number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing,
we will do one of the following:
Shipping Policy
Actual shipping time is contingent upon
availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are
shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders
are processed or shipped on Saturdays , Sundays or Holidays. In the event of
delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or
mail. If the delay is due to backorder or Out of Stock , you will
receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder,
substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Does SMAVtronics.com pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?
No, SMAVtronics.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to SMAVtronics.com, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. SMAVtronics.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
Does SMAVtronics.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and usually take one to two business days to process and, once shipped, five to ten working days to deliver. However, SMAVtronics.com cannot control delivery time. Some APO/FPO orders may require 6-8 weeks of lead time.
Does SMAVtronics.com deliver to P.O. Boxes?
SMAVtronics.com does ship to standard P.O. Boxes and residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas.
Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?
SMAVtronics.com may decide to package your items separately due to weight or size concerns. The most common reason why multiple boxes are used is for a single order is that SMAVtronics.com uses multiple warehouse locations. If items are stocked in different warehouses, they cannot be boxed together.
Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order, or do they decrease when multiple items are purchased together?
When you order multiple items together, your shipping cost is usually reduced, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required. Simply place all items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, pick your state and method of shipping and apply the shipping calculator. You will be shown a total shipping cost that includes any applicable reductions. For certain items, due to significant shipping discounts already offered by SMAVtronics.com, the shipping will be added cumulatively, unless multiple items are purchased. Your shipping charge is always as per the website.
Does SMAVtronics.com ship internationally?
Yes, SMAVtronics.com does ship internationally.
How long is the waiting period before I am able to file a claim for a lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered package?
If your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 3 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days of not receiving your order.
Can SMAVtronics.com use registered mail for my APO/FPO order?
Presently we do not offer a registered mail option for APO/FPO orders. We currently utilize only the standard service offered by the United States Postal Service to keep rates as low as possible.
What kind of credit card security do you operate?

What is the time frame for delivery?
If the products are to be delivered within the USA , then the delivery time is
3-7 business days. Delivery time is dependent on shipping service selected.
How can I make payment for my purchases?
You can make payment in 3 different ways: a) Pay using a credit card. In this
case, your order will be processed as soon as we receive the order. b) Pay using
Paypal. c) Pay using Google checkout.
If I don't want to order on line, can I also place an order over the
phone?
Sorry, at present we don't take orders over the phone.
How will I be contacted if I do not have an e-mail address?

telephone.
What is the difference between Billing Address and Shipping Address?
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit
card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to
receive their shipment.
How can I open an account with smavtronics.com?
After you add the items to your shopping cart, click on Checkout and you will
be asked to create a new account or sign in if you are returning customer, you
can create your own account (using a name and password) and can then use the
same account for future purchases.
How do I view my orders?
From "Top of the page" click on link "Orders" to view order details and status.
How can I inquire about the status of my order?
After Logging in you can click orders at top right to view the status of your
Order.
How do I track my order and shipment?
After you place your order, we send you a confirmation e-mail. When your order
is shipped we will contact you again with the necessary information. At any
time, you can check the status of your order under "My Account".
How does the new online payment system work?
The credit card information you enter into the order form will now be directly
authorized by your bank or Credit Card Company. Once we receive their
authorization, your order will be finalized. You will know right away if your
credit card was accepted.
Questions about Online Payment
What are the reasons my credit card might be refused?
Banks and credit card companies refuse authorization of credit cards for a
specific number of reasons, including:
- The credit card number entered is not a valid number (often the result of a typo).
- The credit card does not have enough credit balance left to pay for the order.
- The billing address entered in the order form does not exactly match the address in your credit card statement (also sometimes the result of a typo).
The expiration date of the credit card is not entered correctly (also sometimes the result of a typo).
Do I need to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Our system will automatically calculate sales tax on your order if the shipping
address is anywhere in Minnesota.

In Stock/Out of Stock items
SMAVtronics.com has a "live" inventory. That means that if you see an item on our website, it is in stock at the time you saw it. In most cases, we do not display items that are out of stock. Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally sell out of particular items after it has been ordered. In that case, we will notify you as quickly as possible. If your order contains multiple items, we will adjust the out-of-stock item off of your order so that we can send the remaining items out to you without delay.
How do I correct the information that was incorrectly entered?
Simply go to My Account and click on the Information you want to change.
What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover.
Is there any other mode of payment?
Yes, we offer Paypal & Google Checkout as other mode of payment.
