US Shipping

Orders shipping from our Saint Paul Warehouse are shipped using this method. Delivery to a contiguous USA address is generally within 8-10 business days but is not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame.

Standard delivery for these items is UPS/FedEx or alternate Ground shipping method.
Delivery in 1–5 business days (3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii) based on distance to your destination

2nd Day Air 2 business days
Standard delivery for these items is UPS/FedEx shipping method.
Delivery in 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)

3rd Day Air 3 business days
Standard delivery for these items is UPS/FedEx shipping method.
Delivery in 3 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)

Next Day Air

Shipment Delay: For security reason, all international packages are being inspected before leaving United States. This will delay international shipment. Please understand that -- It is out of our control when the package is in transit. In most cases, the customs clearance in your country delay the package.

Shipping Policy

Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder or Out of Stock , you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

International Shipping

Global Express
For high-priority shipments, we offer day-definite international delivery. This service usually provides delivery within 5 days to all major cities worldwide. Because all express shipments are trackable, this is the recommended method for international delivery.
Global Standard & Budget
For worldwide shipments at minimal cost, we will ship orders via postal surface mail. Because these are passed to the local Post of the destination country, there is no way to track these packages or obtain proof of delivery. SMAVtronics holds no responsibility for surface packages that do not arrive, which is why this method is not recommended.
